At Park Apartments, we provide affordable housing tailored to low-income seniors (aged 62+) and households of any age with a disability. Rent is based on 30% of the household's Adjusted Gross Income. To qualify, residents must earn less than 80% of the Area's Median Income (AMI). Security deposits are equivalent to 1 month of the tenant's portion of the rent.
